Shipping Process
Fast & Reliable Shipping:

We ship Monday - Friday to prevent weekend delays. No shipments on Saturday or Sunday due to the nature of our business.

Orders placed before 3 PM may ship the same day, but officially, all orders ship within 1-2 business days after purchase.

We offer free shipping on orders over $79.

Customers can choose their preferred shipping method at checkout. We use trusted carriers (USPS, UPS) based on your location and the plant’s specific shipping needs.

Each plant is carefully packaged with protective materials to retain moisture and ensure safe delivery.
Delivery Timeframes

Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days

Expedited Shipping: 2-4 business days (available at checkout)

Overnight Shipping: Available for select locations and plant types
Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather conditions, carrier delays, or high order volume.
Live Plant Shipping Considerations
Plant Health During Shipping:

Some minor stress (slight wilting or yellowing) is normal due to transit. Your plant will recover with proper care.

We do not ship live plants during extreme weather conditions (below 35°F or above 95°F) to prevent damage. If weather conditions are unsafe, we will hold your order until it is safe to ship.

We highly recommend adding a heat pack for colder temperatures. Orders damaged due to extreme weather without a heat pack are not covered under our guarantee.
Lost, Delayed, or Missing Orders
Tracking Your Order:

You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.

If your order has not arrived within 5 days of the expected delivery date, please contact us at info@divine-roots.com.
Address Issues & Missed Deliveries:

We are not responsible for delays due to incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout.

If a package is marked as delivered but missing, please check with neighbors or your local carrier.

If an incorrect address was provided, we cannot offer a refund or replacement for lost packages.
Returns & Refunds
No Physical Returns

Due to the perishable nature of live plants, we do not accept returns. However, our 30-Day Plant Health Guarantee covers plants that arrive dead or severely damaged.

If your plant arrives damaged beyond minor blemishes, please email us within 30 days of delivery with clear photos for store credit.

If your order is lost in transit, we will reship your order at no cost after verification.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Modifying an Order:

Orders can be canceled or modified before shipping. Once a plant has been packed and shipped, changes cannot be made.
